Position: Trainee Front and Sales Officer Location: Kigali branches and credit outlets

The Human Resources department wishes to encourage all external qualified, capable and interested candidates to apply for external vacant position. We request you to recommend your colleagues to apply for this post.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Front Office tasks in connection to Bank accounts and means of payment as guided and instructed by the line manager.

• Provide excellent customer service and, under the guidance of the line manage, promote/sell Bank's products and services to private individuals and legal entities.

• Put into practice procedures of Anti-money Laundering and 'Know Your Customer'.

• Cross selling & Reactivation of dormant account.

• As guided by the line manager, cooperate with Business Officers and other Bank departments in all

issues concerning relationships with clients.

• Bring new customers and deposit volumes to the branch by means of direct promotion.

• Responsible for ensuring accurate, · complete and timely record keeping for the Business

Department.

Knowledge, experience and qualification required

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, management or related field.

• Knowledge of Credit Policy, Credit Procedures & Regulations is an advantage.

• Very good computing and data entry skills.

• Proven ability and willingness to work in a team as well as individually.

• Fluency in English.

• Very good command of Excel and Word.
