What is the Road Maintenance Programme?
This government-backed initiative empowers youth-led construction companies to maintain 20 kilometers of feeder roads across Rwanda. The programme not only promotes youth employment in construction but also contributes to sustainable development and improved rural connectivity.
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, ensure your company meets the following:

All members must be Rwandan citizens aged 18–30.

Your company must be legally registered with at least three youth members.

Submit a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for maintaining 20 km of feeder road.

Shareholders must not have a permanent job or hold any existing contract with MoYA.

Be ready to attend a week-long training upon selection.
