Transfer Request User Guide for Teachers

 1. Introduction to the Transfer Request User Guide for Teachers

This Transfer Request User Guide is designed to assist teachers in navigating the official process of requesting a transfer from one school to another through the Teacher Management Information System (TMIS). Whether you are seeking a new working environment, relocating for personal reasons, or looking to contribute your skills elsewhere, this guide outlines the key requirements and step-by-step procedures to ensure a smooth and successful application.

Before initiating a transfer request, it is essential that you meet the basic eligibility criteria:

  • You must have successfully completed your probation period.
  • You must have served at least one year in your current school.

The guide also provides detailed instructions on how to access the TMIS platform, verify your information, and submit your transfer request. Ensuring that your profile reflects accurate details—particularly your current position and qualifications—is crucial before applying. In case of any discrepancies, you are advised to contact your Head Teacher for prompt assistance.

By following this user guide, teachers can confidently manage their transfer applications in a professional and systematic manner, contributing to the overall efficiency and transparency of the education management system.
