Who Should Apply?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Hold a graduate-level qualification
- Be a citizen or refugee in a low- or middle-income Commonwealth country
- Be a permanent resident in a Commonwealth country
- Be fluent in English
- Be available from the start of the fellowship
- Not have held a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship in the past five years
