The 12th edition of the Forum on Internet Freedom in Africa (FIFAfrica25), hosted by CIPESA, is set to convene policymakers, journalists, tech companies, regulators, digital rights defenders, academics, and law enforcement in Windhoek. Namibia’s high standing in press freedom indices and progressive jurisprudence make it an ideal host for conversations on digital freedom, inclusion, and governance.

Call for Session Proposals & Travel Support
CIPESA invites proposals for panel discussions, lightning talks, exhibitions, and skills workshops in thematic tracks including:
Digital Inclusion, Digital Resilience & Safety, Freedom of Expression & Access to Information, Platform Accountability, AI Policy, Digital Economy, and Digital Democracy.
Limited travel and accommodation support is available for session organizers and participants based on need and representation diversity.
